2. PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING AND LEGAL BASIS

Paskà srl, in its capacity as Data Controller, informs customers that the data provided by all those who contact the company for the future establishment of a legal relationship and by customers with whom a relationship is in progress are managed for the following purposes: (a) to respond to inquiries from potential clients, useful for the possible subsequent establishment of a contractual relationship; (b) for the management of the existing contractual relationship with clients and distributors (including the keeping of accounts; the fulfillment of the tasks and fulfillments required by civil, fiscal, accounting laws, accounting regulations or EU regulations, the management of credit and/or commercial operations, the management of litigation; c) to carry out statistical analyses, market surveys and to send advertising information about Paskà's products, through the use of paper mail and the telephone and/or telematic channel. The provision of data is optional, but necessary in the case of an existing contractual relationship. Any refusal to provide your data will result in the impossibility for Paskà to accept the purchase proposals coming from the client. Any refusal to receive commercial information, on the other hand, will not affect in any way the management of the contractual relationship. In order to carry out the promotional and marketing purposes referred to in (c) above, we need to acquire your specific consent, which we request from you by filling out specific forms. Customers and distributors will be sent news and promotions on products similar to those purchased, unless they expressly request to stop receiving commercial information, by sending an email to privacy@intenso.biz.

3. METHODS OF DATA PROCESSING AND STORAGE

All processing is carried out by specifically assigned personnel, who use electronic and non-electronic tools configured to ensure confidentiality and data protection. The staff is aware of the data according to the area of competence, in order to carry out the requested services. Data are processed and retained for the time required by the purposes for which they were collected: in particular, personal data collected for purposes attributable to the legitimate interest of the Data Controller will be retained until that interest is satisfied; for the use of data for contractual purposes, information will be retained for the duration of the contract and for the legal terms related to the management of regulatory accounting and tax obligations, related to the contract itself. When processing is based on consent, the Data Controller may retain personal data until said consent is revoked. Consent is always revocable as regulated in Section 4 of these regulations.

Personal data used for the above purposes may be communicated, in writing or by telephone, to the following categories and individuals, who in various capacities participate in our business processes: banking, insurance and financial institutions; agents, dealers, distributors and commercial network in general; external consultants/service companies and professional firms; data processing companies; factoring, debt collection, business information, auditing companies; consortiums and associations, Parent, subsidiary or affiliated companies, transportation, freight forwarders and customs agents; third companies for references, companies specialized in marketing and market research, Public Administrations, for the performance of institutional functions, within the limits established by law and regulations. The scope of possible communication of data will be national/European and also international. Other than the above, the data will not be disclosed.

5. WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS?

You may revoke the consent to the processing of your Personal Data expressed for the different treatments that require it. - object to the processing of your Data. You have the right to obtain information about the Data processed by the Data Controller, about certain aspects of the processing and to receive a copy of the processed Data. - verify and request rectification. You may verify the correctness of your Data and request that it be updated or corrected. - obtain restriction of processing. When certain conditions apply, You may request the restriction of the processing of Your Data. In this case, the Data Controller will not process the Data for any purpose other than its preservation. - Obtain the deletion or removal of your Personal Data. When certain conditions are met, you may request that the Data Controller delete your Data. - Receive your Data or have it transferred to another Data Controller. In particular, for the purposes related to the execution of the contract, your data will be used for the entire duration of the contract and as long as there are obligations or fulfillments related to the execution of the contract and will be kept for a period of 10 years after the conclusion of the contractual relationship for purposes related to the fulfillment of legal obligations and, in any case, to allow the Holder to defend its rights.

WHOLE OF DATA COMMUNICATION

Some of the information related to the contractual relationship may be transmitted to third party consultants and entities that take part in our internal processes (e.g., tax consultant and banks) to comply with specific contractual, accounting and/or legal obligations; in addition, some of your data may be communicated to the Public Administrations, within the limits of the institutional purposes of these entities, as well as to comply with specific legal and regulatory obligations. Some entities will act as Data Processors, while other Entities will act as separate "Holders" of processing operations, due to the institutional and regulatory functions they perform.

INFORMATION ON THE USE OF COOKIES

We inform the User that the website uses "cookie" technology.
